Entity Designer allows the modeling of business systems by focusing on the main issue: the modeling of data entities.
This module is particularly well suited for modeling JavaEE persistent entities.
This module uses a dedicated Entity metamodel provided by Obeo Network community and it implements the following diagrams:
- Block Hierarchy
- Entity Diagam
This modeling tool can be used in conjunction with other designers:
- Cinematc Designer for UI cinematic
- SOA Designer for services
- Graal Designer for UI interaction (entry specifications from business specifiers)
You can also generates your application with your own generators or apply this ready-to-use Hibernate, JPA, JDBC generator: Acceleo JavaEE Generators.
This designer is free (open-source with EPL license).
You can easily modify it with Obeo Designerto adapt each diagram to your needs or combine it to your own DSL. To start customizing this module, just download the community edition and import the source code of Entity Designer from Github.
